If you are having any challenges with your haircut or color, please reach out within one week of your appointment. I am happy to adjust any issues for you.
Cancellation and No/Show
If you need to reschedule all or part of your appointment, a minimum of 24 hour notice is required. Otherwise, you will be charged 25% of your service total. A no show will result in 50% of service total being charged.
Dimensions Salon, nor any of its employees, will sell, rent or give clients personal information. All information that is collected, through the website or in person, will only be used to communicte with you as expressed when the information is obtained. This includes, but is not limited to, appointment communication, e-mail newlsetters and information pertaining to the salon.
